Looping

On the Harbor website there is a tab called Loop where users can automate the looping process to access up to 5x leverage on collateral assets to capture yield.

What is Looping?

Looping is the process of supplying an collateral asset, borrowing the same asset, supplying the borrowed asset, borrowing the same asset again with the cycle repeating until a maximum leverage level is reached. Users can do this to capture both supply / borrow rewards to maximize yield.

What is Unlooping?

An automated process where a user can unleverage (unloop) looped collateral assets via a flash loan (flash loans incur a 0.09% fee) in one click to get their supplied collateral back.
